CIPPlanner's enterprise software business journey started from a custom Capital Program Management (CPM) software development project for a major city in the California Bay Area. This product underwent a period of development and was launched as CIPAce™, a Governmental-off–the-Shelf (GOTS) web-based solution designed specifically for Capital Program Management for the Government sector in 2005.
