Santa Clara, California – August 15, 2009 - CIPPlanner Corporation, a leader in Capital Program Management software solutions, today announces CIPAce™ Software Release Version 6.1.5

 

CIPPlanner Corporation continues to push the state of the art of its web-based Enterprise Capital Program Management (CPM) software with the release of CIPAce™ version 6.1.5.

 

The latest update release introduces two new modules to CIPAce™: Invoice Management and Bid Management.  The Invoice Management module allows CIPAce™ to achieve a higher level of integration with customers' Financial Management software systems and eliminate the need to manually reconcile invoice data between the systems.  Customers can now electronically manage invoices, purchase orders, project association, vendors, retainage, project expenses, and invoice adjustments directly within CIPAce™. The Invoice Management module is also integrated with CIPAce™' Document Management functionality, allowing the invoice and purchase order documents to be retained digitally.

 

The Bid Management module allows CIPAce™ users to create and manage the entire life cycle of Request for Proposals and Request for Quotations as part of the Capital Program Management system workflow.  Users are able to electronically create solicitation documents and import vendor responses back into the system for evaluation. Based on a configurable set of scoring criteria, the system will automatically assign scores based on imported responses and generate an award recommendation.
