Santa Clara, Calif. – December 15, 2009 – Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) Selects CIPAce™, CIPPlanner Corporations Enterprise Capital Program Management (CPM) Solution.
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) has selected CIPAce™ for managing its $950 million Capital Improvement Program. CIPPlanner Corporation was a preferred partner by Tyler Technologies Inc. for providing a CPM solution to the Commission. Tyler Technologies will be deploying its integrated Munis® ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution to enhance workflow, data analysis and budget management. The integration of the Munis financial system and CIPAce will improve the transparency and efficiency of the Commission’s operations.
Established in 1934, the Commission aims to provide safe, dependable, and efficient river crossings between Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Covering a 139-mile stretch along the Delaware River, it includes 20 bridges and has a 140 million yearly traffic average.
