CIPAccess™ Software provides a comprehensive Capital Program Management (CPM) solution for small government agencies on a real-time basis across the organization. CIPAccess is a simplified version of CIPAce™, which is CIPPlanner™’s flagship software solution designed to support the most demanding CPM environment of large government agencies. Built upon the popular Microsoft Access database software, CIPAccess™ Software consolidates the capital project and fund information for the entire capital program on a continuous basis. The entire capital program, including historical plan, project history, fund allocation analyses by projects, and project implementation information, is all managed and produced by one single database.

The ability to plan and manage Capital Improvement Programs and the projects within them are as critical for the small municipality as they are for the mega municipalities.
