CIPAce™ Software, a web-based enterprise-class software application produced by CIPPlanner Corporation, is breaking new ground for municipalities and governmental agencies to fundamentally change the way they have planned and managed Capital Improvement Programs (CIPs).

CIPAce™ Software provides a single application to manage the Capital Improvement Program on a real-time basis across the entire organization. CIPAce™ Software offers extensive tools for developing and managing the capital program. It enables your organization to manage the entire program with an integrated and systematic approach. The entire capital plan, including historical plan, actual project expenditures and schedules, is managed by one single database.

CIPAce™ is modular in its design, consisting of 6 primary modules. This modularity enables our customers to tailor their solution specific to their needs at any time. Customers can, therefore, elect to implement all the modules or any subset of the modules offered, thereby providing the flexibility to enable a solution on a department by department basis. If desired, this flexibility can be easily extending to other departments as warranted.
