To use CIPAccess™, you need to have at your disposal Microsoft Office, but you do not need to be an advanced user of Microsoft Access. The software will drive you step by step through the creation of your project and a standard technical support will be provided for any question.

CIPAce™ is a Mid–Mega Municipality Solution while CIPAccess™ is a Small Municipality Solution.

The users are part of the process of the Capital Improvement Program and/or concerned with the CIP: CIP engineers, Project managers, coordinators, citizens…

If you decide to allow the access to citizens of your city, they can take part in the Capital Improvement Program by submitting proposals for new projects. They will only be able to access part of the information on the server.
