MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -July 15, 2005 - CIPPlanner Corporation is breaking new ground for municipalities and government agencies to fundamentally change the way they have planned and managed Capital Improvement Programs. CIPPlanner Corporation announces the next generation release of its CIPAce Software version 4.0. "The launch of CIPAce Software version 4.0 represents a major step forward in achieving our goal to be a total solution provider for managing capital programs for our public sector customers.
