CIPPlanner Corporation announces the next generation release of its CIPAce™ Software version 6.0. CIPAce™ 5.0 introduced the single scaleable platform solution for Capital Program Management ("CPM") integrating the strategic planning function with the day to day tactical implementation the Capital Program. CIPAce™ version 6.0 now takes CPM to the next level.
Budget cuts and reduced revenues are driving the need for efficiency and optimization with respect to the planning and implementation of Capital Programs and the projects comprising them. Advanced analytics and performance measurement functionality coupled with the utilization of predictive modeling and prioritization techniques, enable CIPAce™ version 6.0 to be the means by which to address the needs of municipalities in this difficult environment.
