Santa Clara, Calif. – April 25, 2007 - City of Henderson, Nevada Selects CIPAce™, CIPPlanner's Enterprise CPM Solution
Following a seven month competitive selection process, CIPPlanner™ Corporation was awarded the contract to provide Henderson, Nevada – ranked among the top 20 "Best Places to Live" in the United States – with the Corporation's Single Platform Enterprise Capital Program Management (CPM) solution, CIPAce™. CIPPlanner™ will be deploying CIPAce™ city wide in three (3) phases, the first of which is scheduled to be completed during the summer of 2007.
As the second largest City in the state of Nevada, the City of Henderson continues to work diligently in providing an environment necessary to plan, manage and support its growing city wide infrastructure. "We searched for a tool that would provide the functionality and support necessary for us to manage our growing CPM needs on a city wide basis. Two major factors driving our selection of CIPAce™ were its single platform solution and the system's ability to help us coordinate and monitor the city's strategic planning, budgeting and project implementation roles," said Laura Shearin, Capital Program Coordinator for the City of Henderson, Nevada.
Upon completing the deployment, CIPAce™ will enable the city to integrate its financial, project management, strategic planning and portfolio management, and GIS information and make that information available from a single platform.
