CIPPlanner™ Corp. specializes in providing browser-based integrated Capital Program Management software to public sector customers.

Partner Overview
CIPPlanner™ Corp, the leading provider of Capital Program Management (CPM) solutions to Public Sector customers, has joined forces with Oracle Corp's People Soft to effectively manage government capital and operational budgets. CIPAce™ is CIPPlanner™ Corp's capital program management product designed using browser-based technologies. CIPAce™ will integrate with PeopleSoft's ERP systems providing customers a comprehensive platform for Capital Program Management.

Integration Solution Overview
The complexities of planning and managing Capital Programs in today's environment, drives the need to be able to optimize the Capital Program Portfolio and their attendant projects from a fiscal, resource, and management perspective. Often, the projects are planned and budgets are allocated in the financial systems of the government agencies making it a requirement for any Capital Program Management software to integrate with financial systems. This requirement has driven CIPPlanner's CIPAce™ to integrate with PeopleSoft financials to provide a complete capital planning and budget management solution... As an integrated solution, CIPAce™ provides the planning functionality while PeopleSoft provides project management and budget allocation functionality.

Flexible Integration
Facing budget reductions, many of today's local governments are demanding software solutions to maximize their budget dollars across different projects. CIPPlanner™ has developed a software solution to provide the planning functionality but requires real-time integration with PeopleSoft to make the solution complete, effective, and appealing to the customers. CIPPlanner™ chose Oracle Fusion Middleware to integrate their CIP Ace™ Capital Program Management product with PeopleSoft financials module providing customers with a comprehensive and highly integrated solution for managing their budgets. Oracle BPEL Process Manager enables robust integration between CIPAce™, a Microsoft. Net application, and PeopleSoft financials through its Web Services based integration capabilities.
