Implementation Services and Procedure
CIPPlanner Implementation Methodology is based on years of experience in refining and improving the phases, procedures, and tasks that constitute implementation best practices, as well as Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards. In addition to pre-implementation and post-implementation procedures, it consists of five phases that are repeatable from customer to customer: plan, analysis, design, develop, and deploy. CIPPlanner’s professional consultants guide the entire process-from project kick-off, to creating a solution concept mapped that map organization’s business process, to produce a gap/fit analysis, to configure application components, to production cutover and go-live. As a result, every implementation is completed on time and on budget.
Our Implementation Methodology and experience offers an accelerated time to value for our applications through pre-defined implementation templates and processes. This approach ensures shorter implementation times and lower overall costs. It includes a robust series of data migration tools that accelerate the process of populating the CIPAce™ application with organization’s data.

The following matrix describes implementation and processes best practices provided during each phase of the implementation.
Services/Tasks during phase
Hold a Project Implementation Kickoff Meeting between customer and CIPPlanner to identify:

- Communication plan
- Project repository
- Demo Site (Basic Training
The analysis phase provides tasks that help in understanding the current state of the customer's CPM process and how CIPAce will integrate within their business process. These tasks include assessing the implementation readiness, preparing high-level estimates for the implementation, performing an analysis of how the implementation is perceived, and performing an application
implementation risk assessment. Tasks include conducting a Configuration Analysis for customer that:
